Coogee apartments in NSW

Location

Apartment 4 and 18 are situated two streets back from Coogee Beach at 4-8 Edgecumbe Avenue, Coogee.

The apartments are less than 1.5km from the main beach, the surf lifesaving club, and the historic Wylie's Baths.

Leave the car behind and take a pleasant 20-minute stroll to playgrounds for the kids, right at the beach. Note, the apartments are located overlooking Coogee Beach so the walk back is uphill.

Easy access to public transport to places of interest and fine dining including the Sydney CBD, museums, art galleries and Taronga Zoo.

Facilities

Apartment 18:

  • is on the upper level (third floor, no lifts)
  • is a two-bedroom ensuite
  • has a queen bed in the main bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom
  • has a queen pull-out sofa in the lounge  
  • has a kitchen and laundry
  • is suitable for one person, a couple with a small family, or a small group
  • has all bedding and towels provided but you will need to supply your own toiletries and hair dryer.

Apartment 4:

  • is on the lower level (second floor) 
  • is a two-bedroom ensuite
  • has a queen bed in the main bedroom, a double bunk bed and single bed in the second bedroom
  • has a queen pull-out sofa in the lounge
  • has a kitchen and laundry
  • is suitable for a family or a group who is happy to share (maximum of six people)
  • has all bedding and towels provided but you will need to supply your own toiletries and hair dryer.

The finishes to both apartments are of a high standard, with a serene marine feel, fine furnishings and modern conveniences. There is a great barbecue area and a pool on site (please read the information in the apartment).

Parking for one car per unit in the underground car park is included and a remote will be issued with your keys.

The apartments are located within a residential apartment complex and, as such, guests are requested to be mindful of the peaceful amenity desired by other occupants.

Rates (from 1 July 2018)

These apartments are available for a minimum two-night stay or weekly basis.

For Army members       

For all other eligible members

$185 per night | $1,110 for 7 nights

$205 per night | $1,230 for 7 nights

Due to the demand for holiday properties in Coogee, weekly stays are limited to a single booking (not back to back). All bookings will require a deposit payable in advance. The deposit will be 50% of the total cost of your occupation and must be paid directly to the managing agent at the time of booking.

Progressive payments of outstanding balances before your occupancy may be made to the managing agent during normal business hours.

Full payment is required before your stay.

Cancellation of bookings must be made direct to the managing agent and there may be a $50 fee charged.  The management agent is not responsible to provide a refund on cancellation; the AAF Company can only do this.  Refund request made outside a four-week period of a confirmed booking may be made.
