Docklands apartments in Victoria

These apartments are located within the Docklands precinct and conveniently close to all amenities and transport. The apartments are located at:

  • Apartment 601/5 Caravel Lane     
  • Apartment 302/2 New Quay Promenade.

The Docklands precinct features great restaurants and access to groceries if eating in. Docklands Stadium is a pleasant walk from both apartments. If arriving from the airport and/or driving to the apartment, the location is easy to find. Key pick-up and return is only a couple of minutes’ walk from both apartments.


Both modern apartments feature:

  • fully equipped kitchens
  • quality bathrooms
  • a separate laundry
  • floor-to-ceiling windows
  • an open plan living area opening out onto the balcony with lovely water views.

Apartment 601:

  • three bedrooms (maximum of six people)
  • queen bed in master with ensuite
  • queen bed and queen (split two single beds) in other bedrooms
  • lovely gardens, gym and an outdoor swimming pool (heated only in summer) on level 4
  • secure parking.

Apartment 302:

  • two bedrooms (maximum of four people)
  • queen bed in master with ensuite
  • king (split two single beds) in second bedroom
  • indoor all seasons pool
  • secure parking.

If you intend to visit with a baby contact the managing agent about availability of a travel cot and highchair (small fee may apply).

The apartments are located within a residential complex and, as such, guests are asked not to generate noise which may be offensive to residents. Offensive and unnecessary noise will result in guests being asked to vacate the premises.


These apartments are available for a minimum two-night stay or weekly basis.

Due to demand for holiday properties in the Docklands, weekly stays are limited to a single booking (not back to back). All bookings will require a deposit paid in advance. The deposit will be the equivalent to one nights’ accommodation and it must be paid directly to the managing agent at the time of making a booking.

Full payment must be made before your stay.

Cancellation of bookings must be made directly with the managing agent. The managing agent is not responsible for providing or approving a refund – only the AAF Company can do this. Refund requests will be forwarded to AAF Company. Refund requests made more than four weeks of a confirmed booking may be approved. Refund requests made less than four weeks of a booking may not be approved.

When booking, you will need to provide evidence of your eligibility. Your details may be verified at time of check-in. Contact AAF Company if you have any questions about verifying your eligibility (do not take this up with the booking staff).


  • Credit Card surcharge 1.5% Visa/MasterCard and 3.5% on Amex/Diners.
  • Arrivals on any day are to be from 2pm onwards. Departures by 10am.
  • If arriving after 6pm, advise Docklands Private Collection as arrangements may need to be made for a self book-in. 
  • Advise if parking is required.
